Volodymyr Mikulenko is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, public figure, and one of the key victims and complainants in the case of the large-scale raider seizure of the construction project "River Side" and the assets of the company LLC "B.M.K.-Building." Co-owner and former director: he was a direct participant and partner of Swiss investors (including the company Marc Rich Real Estate) in the premium cottage settlement project "River Side." Previously held the position of Vice President of the Kyiv City Boxing Federation. He is Vice President of the NGO "Integrum" and a board member of the NGO "Protection and Assistance."
Engaged in Public and Legal Struggle to Restore the Rights of Foreign Investors and Return Illegally Alienated Lands on the Banks of the Desna River
According to Mikulenko's own statements, in 2019 Kyrylo Shevchenko (former head of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine) and Rostyslav Hrecul formed an organized criminal group to appropriate the project's assets. In this conflict, Mikulenko is the main opposing party against the raiders.

According to open registration data, the owners of LLC “River Garden” are Ukrainian citizens Grekul Rostyslav Volodymyrovych and Karauchenko Dmytro Heorhiyovych, who not only unlawfully seized the electrical capacity of LLC “B.M.K.-Building,” but later, together with Kyrylo Shevchenko and other individuals, participants in a criminal group, gratuitously acquired ownership of 36 hectares of land that previously belonged to LLC “B.M.K.-Building” and had been lawfully sold to LLC “PROZRINNYA.” From...
