Unobtrusive Servant of the People MP, record holder for abstentions

A lawyer from Barvinkove in Kharkiv region (b. 1981), graduate of the Yaroslav Mudryi Law Academy, with over 20 years of experience in jurisprudence; registered as a lawyer in the village of Latyshivka in Poltava region. Had no political experience before 2019 — entered the Verkhovna Rada on the Servant of the People party list (No. 115) riding the wave of support for Zelenskyy. Chairman of the Subcommittee on Aviation Transport of the Committee on Transport and Infrastructure.

The faction's “abstainer”

According to analysis by the Chesno movement, during the first year of the IX convocation parliament, Pavlovskyi abstained most frequently among all Servant of the People MPs during votes — effectively avoiding political responsibility for faction decisions. He voted in favor of the legalization of medical cannabis.

Modest assets

Declaration without anomalies: a 52 sq. m apartment in Kharkiv, a share in an apartment and a 9.4-hectare plot in his native Barvinkove district. Unobtrusive in parliament; no high-profile bills, investigations, suspicions, criminal proceedings, or pro-Russian connections have been recorded in open sources.
