Pirtko Roksolana Mykhailivna

From Ukrainian Businesswoman to Argentine Refugee

Maiden name — Dubnevych, born in 1991 — a Ukrainian businesswoman, lawyer, and daughter of Member of Parliament Yaroslav Dubnevych, who is internationally wanted for multi-billion corruption schemes. She is known as the manager and co-owner of major commercial real estate properties in Lviv, including the "Roksolana" shopping center (since 2014) and the sports, trade and entertainment center STRC "Spartak" (since 2019). Roksolana is also engaged in international business and holds a law degree, however, in recent years her activities have been under scrutiny due to criminal investigations related to her family's assets.

Daddy's Daughter

Pirtko appears in investigations by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and journalists regarding suspicions of legalization (money laundering) of funds obtained by her father through criminal means involving gas schemes. According to the investigation, million-dollar loans from Dubnevych's offshore Cypriot companies were directed to finance her business projects. As part of this case, the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine (HACC) seized her two-story house in Bratislava valued at 600 thousand euros. Additionally, investigations revealed her apartment in Dubai worth 1.2 million euros, and in March 2026 it became known that Roksolana and her husband obtained Argentine citizenship and relocated to Buenos Aires.
