Razumkov Dmytro Oleksandrovych

Former Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, removed from office by Bankova for independence, is now the leader of the opposition "Smart Politics"

Son of Oleksandr Razumkov — former representative of Kuchma in the Rada. Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (international relations). Since 2014 — People's Deputy, member of the "Batkivshchyna" faction. Since 2019 — People's Deputy from "Servant of the People" (No. 2 on the list), Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada. In October 2021, the Rada voted for his dismissal as chairman: the official reason was "violation of the regulations," the real reason was disagreement with Bankova on several draft laws and excessive independence. After dismissal, he left the "Servant of the People" faction. Currently heads the parliamentary association "Smart Politics," positioning himself as systemic opposition.

Father linked to Kuchma's offshore schemes, his own modest declaration, and criticism of corruption in defense

His father, Oleksandr Razumkov, was named in journalistic investigations in the 2000s concerning offshore schemes during Kuchma's presidency; Dmytro publicly distanced himself from his father's past. Razumkov Jr.'s declaration is one of the most modest among deputies: an apartment, a car, moderate savings. In 2024, he proposed that the State Bureau of Investigation open a case against Stefanchuk for refusing to put on the vote a resolution regarding Bezuhla. In 2025, he was a member of the Temporary Investigative Commission investigating violations in the implementation of state defense measures. No corruption proceedings or suspicions have been recorded against him personally.
