Fintech entrepreneur, founder and actual owner of the payment system Wallet One / "Unified Wallet" (W1) and associated entities (LLC "Unified Wallet", "Payment Technologies", "Pay Place", "National Payment and Collection Processing Center", "Finpayment"/Cascad). Wallet One is a brand originating from Russia and reportedly continues operations there. In 2016, the National Bank of Ukraine limited the activities of several similar services and later excluded Cascad ("Finpayment") from its register.

Subject of materials concerning a "conversion center" and transfers towards Russia

Serdiuk's entities allegedly operated as a "conversion center": servicing illegal online casinos (mentions include Pin-Up, PariMatch), laundering funds, and transferring money towards Russia (estimated turnover up to $350 million per year), supposedly under the "protection" of certain officials from the State Bureau of Economic Security for bribes. Investigations by the State Bureau of Economic Security, State Bureau of Investigation, and Security Service of Ukraine are mentioned, as well as the National Bank of Ukraine's appeals regarding possible sanctions.
