Person information

Person from Yermak's team

Previously, Maria Vdovychenko served as deputy prosecutor of Kyiv under Kiper and was his close associate; both are considered people from Andriy Yermak's orbit. Since May 2023, she had de facto headed the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office. On June 25, 2025, Prosecutor General Kravchenko appointed her as his deputy, and in December 2025 — as first deputy. The questionnaire Vdovychenko filled out in 2019 to renew access to state secrets — which necessarily includes information about close relatives — was reportedly destroyed by the Security Service of Ukraine at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Brother in Russian prosecution, father in Crimea with Russian passport

In her 2023 and 2025 autobiographies, Vdovychenko herself stated that her brother Oleksandr Levandovskyi resides in the Russian Federation, while the exact location is unknown to her due to lack of communication. However, more serious facts were discovered by the Center for Public Integrity. Vdovychenko's brother not only lives in Russia — he works in the Russian prosecution service. Her father, Serhiy Levandovskyi, obtained a Russian passport as early as 2014, yet in her declarations, Vdovychenko lists her father exclusively as a Ukrainian citizen. Her father owns property that Vdovychenko and her children have used free of charge, as well as a Land Rover Defender vehicle she drives. Additionally, he holds active businesses in occupied Crimea — “Kamelia-Kafa,” “Feotorg,” “Igrashka,” and “Dobrobud.”
