Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is the central executive body responsible for shaping and implementing the state financial, budgetary, and tax policy. The primary task of the ministry is to ensure the stability of public finances, manage budgetary resources, and oversee the efficient use of the state budget funds. The Ministry of Finance participates in preparing the state budget draft, regulating public debt, developing the banking system, and improving financial legislation.

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine coordinates the activities of tax, customs, and treasury bodies, and also ensures cooperation with international financial organizations and partners. In modern conditions, the ministry plays an important role in maintaining economic stability, financing state programs, developing digital financial services, and carrying out reforms in the field of public finances. The institution’s activities are aimed at strengthening Ukraine's economy, increasing the transparency of the budget system, and integrating into the international financial space.
