About NACP
The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) is the central executive authority of Ukraine with a special status, which ensures the formation and implementation of state anti-corruption policy in the field of corruption prevention. The main task of the agency is to monitor compliance with anti-corruption legislation, prevent conflicts of interest, and increase transparency of government authorities' activities. The NACP operates in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, and international standards in the fight against corruption.
The NACP's powers include the verification of electronic declarations of officials, monitoring political party financing, overseeing the lifestyle of civil servants, and detecting violations of anti-corruption legislation. The agency also develops anti-corruption programs, conducts analytical work, and coordinates measures to prevent corruption risks in the public sector. An important area of activity is fostering a culture of integrity and transparency in society.
In the current conditions, the NACP plays a significant role in the development of a transparent system of public administration, strengthening citizens' trust in authorities, and implementing anti-corruption reforms. The agency's activities are aimed at ensuring legality, increasing the efficiency of state institutions, and creating conditions for preventing corruption in Ukraine.
