САП вимагає визнати необґрунтованими активи колишнього керівника столичного Управління по боротьбі з наркозлочинністю на майже 4 млн грн

 

23 жовтня 2026 року прокурор САП заявив позов до ВАКС про визнання необґрунтованими активів, що оформлені на матір колишнього керівника Управління по боротьбі з наркозлочинністю ГУ НП у м. Києві Олександра Дибова.

 

Встановлено, що впродовж 2022–2023 років на матір чиновника оформлено автомобіль «Dodge Durango», 2018 р.в., а також земельну ділянку площею 0,1200 га у садівничому товаристві «Гатне-2».

 

Позов мотивовано тим, що фактично ці активи використовував посадовець та його дружина.

 

Проте аналізом доходів та видатків представника влади, його близьких осіб встановлено неможливість набути це майно за рахунок законних доходів, а також недоцільність придбання цих активів матір’ю поліцейського, яка проживає на окупованій території.

 

Позов ґрунтується на матеріалах НАБУ, НАЗК та доказах, самостійно зібраних прокурором САП.
