Recall that the civil confiscation mechanism, under which officials’ assets of dubious origin are seized, was implemented by the Anti-Corruption Action Center (AntAC) and our partners several years ago.

Нагадаємо, що механізм цивільної конфіскації, в межах якого у чиновників стягують майно сумнівного походження, був впроваджений ЦПК та нашими партнерами кілька років тому. 

Лише за вересень-жовтень прокурори САП подали 7 позовів, у яких просять конфіскувати активів на 34 млн грн. 

Приємно, що механізм, розроблений ЦПК, працює, масштабується і дає результат.
