This is reported in a statement by the deputy head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Tymoshenko.

“Russian terrorists have carried out another planned strike on energy infrastructure facilities. The situation is critical,” the statement says.

According to him, the most hits were recorded in the center and north of the country. Also in Kyiv the situation is extremely difficult, with emergency power outage schedules being introduced.

“Ukrenergo” is forced to begin emergency power disconnections to balance the power system and prevent equipment failures, Tymoshenko added.
