Borodatiuk Artem Ihorovych

Famous Ukrainian entrepreneur, founder and head of the IT company group FRACTAL (formerly Netpeak Group)

Born in Odesa, where as a student of Odesa National Polytechnic University in 2006 he founded his first enterprise—an internet marketing agency Netpeak. Later, he built a large ecosystem that united dozens of digital and SaaS businesses, including projects such as Serpstat, Ringostat, and others. Besides commercial activity, Borodatyuk joined the Council for Entrepreneurship Support under the President of Ukraine and became a member of the Strategic Council of the Diia.City United Association.

Media and reputational accusations

In mid-2026, Artem Borodatyuk became the center of an information resonance due to a series of critical media publications and investigations. The media and anonymous analytical resources accused the entrepreneur of connections with government offices (including mentioning his participation in councils at the President's Office and ties with former high-ranking officials).

A separate wave of discussions was caused by the purchase of luxury cars and changes in registration against the backdrop of losses declared by certain legal entities of the holding, as well as receiving government tenders for advertising banking structures.

At the same time, critics tried to question the completeness of the group’s companies' exit from the aggressor country's market at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, despite the holding’s public statements about completely ceasing operations with Russia and Belarus back in March 2022.
