Assets 10+ Times Higher Than Income, Hidden Enterprises, and Accusations of Arson Against "Klitschko’s People"

Subject of an anti-corruption investigation for failure to declare information about enterprises, violating financial control requirements. Among the top three largest vehicle owners in the Kyiv City Council. Declaration system records a critical anomaly: the total cash assets of the declarant and family are more than 10 times higher than the sum of all declared incomes. Publicly stated involvement in the arson of people from Mayor Klitschko’s circle — statement without further investigation.
