Ministry of Defense

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is the central executive authority responsible for the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of defense and military security. The main task of the ministry is the organization of the country's defense, the development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the training of military units, and ensuring them with the necessary resources. The ministry coordinates activities related to national security, military planning, mobilization readiness, and international defense cooperation.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is responsible for the modernization of the army, the implementation of modern technologies and NATO standards, the development of the defense-industrial complex, and the social protection of servicemen. In the current conditions, the ministry plays a key role in protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, coordinating defense operations, and strengthening the country's defense capabilities. The ministry actively collaborates with international partners in the areas of security, military assistance, and strategic development of Ukraine's defense sector.
