Judge-MP, "Hetman of the Cossacks of all Ukraine"

Four-time MP (II, III, IV, VI convocations) from "Our Ukraine", former judge of the Odessa Regional Court. In 2006, he formed the "Yuriy Karmazin Bloc" — which gained 0.65% and did not overcome the 3% threshold. The most active deputy of the IV convocation by number of speeches: 1,073 speaking from his seat, 1,093 from the podium, and 901 parliamentary inquiries — compared to average figures of 40, 28, and 31 respectively.

Yanukovych's plaintiff against opposition members

Karmazin was called the "unofficial plaintiff of the Party of Regions": at the beginning of 2013, through the Higher Administrative Court, he deprived of mandates deputies who refused to join the "Regions" — Baloha and Dombrovskyi.

Defamation against ICU and a higher power with instructions

In 2018, he held a press conference where he claimed a connection between the company ICU and Trump's circle. ICU filed a lawsuit against him. In 2021, the Supreme Court upheld a decision recognizing his organization guilty of spreading false information. In 2005, he publicly recounted how a "higher power appeared to him and gave instructions for further activities." In 2016, he was the organizer of the "Third Maidan." In 2018, he was elected "Hetman of the Cossacks of all Ukraine."

Irrecoverable money and Kuchma’s "5 billion"

After the presidential campaign, he did not return about 4 million UAH of the election deposit to the state budget — together with four other candidates.
