According to an investigation by Bihus.Info, immediately after Kuliush's "divorce," his mother-in-law purchased 16 sotkas (approx. 0.16 hectares) in the elite town "Chornomorska Riviera" near Odessa (~8 million UAH, ~$200k) and began building a three-story mansion with panoramic windows — despite the fact the family had no income for this. Kuliush himself explained the origin of the funds by a "loan agreement" in 2022. A telling detail: during the investigation’s preparation, the plot and unfinished building were hurriedly transferred to the company "Vedmid Service" from Rivne region. The cyber police officer, whose family "divorced" just enough to hide the mansion.
