Deputy Governor of the NBU for Reserves Management and Market Operations

Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, responsible for managing international reserves, foreign exchange market operations, and cooperation with international financial organizations. Part of the inner circle of deputy governors of the NBU along with Nikolaychuk, Shaban, Heletiy, and Oliynyk. Public presence is minimal—appearances are limited to technical commentary on currency operations and reserves.

Declaration without anomalies and work in a structure under international scrutiny

Declarations are submitted consistently; the NACP has not recorded any public violations. No criminal proceedings, suspicions, or journalistic investigations regarding him personally have been recorded. He remains in the same managerial vertical of the NBU as Deputy Oliynyk, concerning whom the High Anti-Corruption Court in November 2025 ordered the NABU to open proceedings—however, no personal connection to Oliynyk's case has been established. Given his management of reserves exceeding $40 billion, this is one of the most sensitive positions in the NBU in terms of potential risks, yet there are no public grounds for suspicion.
