The Mindich case at Energoatom and voluntary resignation from the Supervisory Board

In November 2025, NABU and SAP conducted Operation "Midas" — searches of business partner of Zelensky, Tymur Mindich, and Minister of Justice Halushchenko on suspicion of creating a kickback system at Energoatom. On the "Mindich tapes," the name Mamka appeared, and Milovanov, as a member of the Supervisory Board, came under pressure and criticism. On November 11, 2025, Milovanov announced his resignation from the position of a member of Energoatom's Supervisory Board, noting that the scandal was supposed to be a "wake-up call" for the management and the board, but it was not.
