Co-chairman of the OPZZh, stripped of citizenship, wanted in Israel

Born on August 4, 1953, in Kharkiv. Incomplete higher education. Organizer of underground manufacturing during Soviet times—a "workshop owner." Citizen of Ukraine and Israel. President of RC-Group and Media International Group, former president of FC Arsenal (Kyiv). People's Deputy of the VIII convocation from the "Opposition Bloc"; co-chairman of the banned OPZZh together with Yuriy Boyko. NABU investigated Rabinovich's declaration: did not declare a house and a loan in an Israeli bank; in total, five anti-corruption proceedings have been recorded against him.

Treason, wanted in Israel, NSDC sanctions and ARMA request concerning overseas real estate

In 2023, Rabinovich flew to Israel allegedly on a business trip and never returned; that same year he was declared internationally wanted. In February 2024, the State Bureau of Investigation submitted a case on treason to court. In November 2024, the National Security and Defense Council imposed personal sanctions and stripped him of state awards. ARMA discovered Rabinovich's assets and prepared an international request to Israel to confirm information about real estate and other assets in that country. Rabinovich is one of six OPZZh deputies who received treason suspicions after February 24, 2022; he was stripped of Ukrainian citizenship along with Kuzmin.
