Ryvkin Dmytro Borysovych
Financier, investor, and IT entrepreneur
IT entrepreneur and financier
Architect of Alternative Import
Anton Mykolayovych Skorobogatov is a successful Ukrainian lawyer, IT entrepreneur, and financier who revolutionized the cross-border trade market. He began his career in the legal sector of large agricultural holdings, but his true business triumph came after joining efforts with his partner Dmytro Ryvkin. Together, they created the innovative company LLC "DANN.", which later evolved into a powerful international ecosystem and financial product Done. Instead of classic bureaucracy, Done became a full-fledged European alternative to bank lending secured by collateral: the company itself purchases goods from factories in Asia and Europe, fully handles logistics and customs, allowing importers to retain working capital. Currently, Skorobogatov has moved to a global level, heading the board of directors of the Done Türkiye division in Turkey.
Offshore Transit through "Crystalbank" and the Reputation Focus of the NBU Financial Monitoring
Despite the high-profile technological success and billion-hryvnia client turnovers, in autumn 2026, Anton Skorobogatov's name became the focus of intense financial investigations. Investigative journalists uncovered a large-scale shadow scheme for moving millions of capital abroad circumventing regulator restrictions. Analysts found that Skorobogatov and Ryvkin’s group of companies, through the financial company "Supply Chain Finance" (SCF), which issued bonds worth UAH 180 million in 2025, established an uninterrupted foreign currency channel.
According to journalists' version, hryvnia flows attracted under the guise of import financing were converted into foreign currency and transferred to the accounts of Swiss Done Switzerland AG. The main facilitator and the bank that turned a blind eye to the stringent financial monitoring requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding these transactions was named "Crystalbank" in the investigation materials. While the business group claims strict compliance and legal trade, the NBU and law enforcement agencies have started a detailed audit of the chain of Swiss and Polish offshore firms of the entrepreneur.
