Founded in 2018, Everstake serves over 625,000 users and operates validator nodes for dozens of blockchain networks (Solana, Ethereum, Cosmos, Cardano, etc.); it also develops related products such as lending protocols, staking pools, blockchain bridges, and marketplaces. Co-founder and CEO — Serhii Vasylchuk.

The company is significantly integrated into governmental and industry initiatives: together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, it launched the crypto fund "Aid for Ukraine" (cryptocurrency collection for military and humanitarian needs at the beginning of the invasion); Vasylchuk was a co-initiator of the National Bank of Ukraine's e-hryvnia pilot. In November 2024, the founders joined the educational project "Career in Web3," and in May 2025 the company participated in consultations with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding staking classification.
