A lawyer specializing in medical law and intellectual property, honored lawyer. MP of the VIII convocation from the "Union "Samopomich" (No. 25, non-partisan), Deputy Chair of the Health Care Committee and Chair of the Subcommittee on Medical Reform Oversight; co-author of key medical reform laws (on state guarantees of medical services, autonomy of medical institutions, transplantation). Led the Kyiv Regional organization of "Samopomich," headed the "Coordination Center for Assistance to ATO Participants."

Case of draft dodgers

On June 7, 2024, the SBU detained Sysoyenko: according to the investigation, she, as one of the heads of the Kyiv Institute of Preventive Medicine along with accomplices, fabricated and sold men fake disability certificates — to avoid mobilization and enable travel abroad, earning up to $100,000 monthly. The court ordered detention with bail over 900,000 UAH; bail was posted the same day, and she was released. The investigation is ongoing, no verdict yet.
