Колишню заступницю Голови райсуду Харкова Ірину Грищенко засуджено до 8 років позбавлення волі.

 

У травні 2020 року САП та НАБУ спільно з ГУБКОЗ СБУ викрили Грищенко на отриманні 4 тис. доларів США неправомірної вигоди за винесення ухвали про повернення обвинуваченому вилучених під час досудового розслідування грошових коштів у сумі понад 30 тис. доларів США.

 

Суд визнав суддю винуватою у вчиненні злочину, передбаченого ч. 3 ст. 368 ККУ.

Її засуджено до 8 років позбавлення волі з позбавленням права обіймати посади в судових та правоохоронних органах строком на три роки, з конфіскацією всього належного їй на праві власності майна.

 

Також суд змінив Грищенко запобіжний захід із застави на тримання під вартою до набрання вироком законної сили та ухвалив взяти її під варту в залі суду.
