I drew attention to the fact that yesterday in court, while giving comments to journalists, Duka reported that the day before the hearing Pyshnyi came to NABU, where he received instructions to block the deposit of any funds into the court's account as bail for him.

In view of this, I consider it appropriate to demand a comment from the head of the National Bank regarding:

1. Whether he was indeed present in the NABU premises 05.11.2026.

2. If so, at whose invitation he came there and in what procedural status.

3. With whom he held meetings and what issues were discussed.

4. Whether he met with Kryvonos, and if so, what the subject of the meeting was.

5. Whether he was indeed asked to block payment of funds into the court's account as bail.

6. Whether these arrangements relate to the criminal proceedings in the course of which searches were conducted at Pyshnyi's.

I remind you, the searches at Pyshnyi took place actually two weeks before the detention and the suspicion against Duka himself - 21.10.2026.

Pyshnyi has not been served with a suspicion as of today, his information carriers, including sensitive ones, have been seized, and therefore he is in a maximally vulnerable state and susceptible to various kinds of "requests."
